2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using aiinterior.pro ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

3. Service Description

AIInterior is an AI-powered interior design platform that allows users to transform room photos using artificial intelligence. Our service provides:

  • AI-powered virtual staging for empty rooms
  • AI de-staging to remove furniture from furnished rooms
  • Interior redesign with 95+ professional design styles
  • Color palette and material customization options
  • High-resolution design outputs

4. Subscription Plans and Usage Rights

All subscription tiers include full commercial rights to generated images. Your subscription tier determines your monthly credit allocation:

  • Trial Pack: 15 credits (one-time purchase), full commercial rights
  • Starter Plan: 200 credits per month, full commercial rights
  • Professional Plan: 500 credits per month, full commercial rights
  • Business Plan: 1,000 credits per month, full commercial rights and priority support

Commercial Rights: You retain full ownership and commercial usage rights for all images generated using our service, regardless of your subscription tier.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated systems to access or scrape our service
  • Use generated images to train competing AI models
  • Upload inappropriate, illegal, or copyrighted content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our AI technology
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

6. User Content and Privacy

You retain ownership of images you upload. We may use uploaded content in aggregate form to improve our service. All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Generated images are private and only viewable by you (and your team members if you have team access).

7. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.

8. Intellectual Property

The AIInterior platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by AIInterior Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AIInterior provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to all generated images and account data.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
