2. Instant Access to Subscription

Upon successful payment and subscription activation:

  • Your account is activated immediately
  • Credits are added to your account within seconds
  • You can start generating designs right away
  • No waiting period or shipping time required

3. AI-Generated Design Delivery

When you generate a design using our AI service:

  • Processing Time: Most designs are generated within 10-15 seconds
  • Delivery Method: Designs appear directly in your account dashboard
  • Notification: You receive an in-app notification when your design is ready
  • Download: You can download your designs immediately in high resolution

4. Delivery Timelines

Our typical delivery timelines are:

  • Virtual Staging: 10-15 seconds per image
  • De-staging: 10-15 seconds per image
  • Interior Redesign: 10-15 seconds per image
  • Priority Processing: Paid subscribers may receive faster processing during high-traffic periods

5. Access to Generated Images

All your generated images are:

7. Service Availability

Our platform is available 24/7, 365 days a year. However, we may occasionally:

  • Experience temporary service interruptions due to technical issues
  • Have slower processing times during peak usage periods

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and will notify users of any planned maintenance.

8. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If your design generation fails or is significantly delayed:

  • Your credits will be automatically refunded to your account
  • You will receive an error notification explaining the issue
  • You can retry the generation at no additional cost
  • Contact our support team if issues persist

9. Data Retention After Subscription Ends

When your subscription expires or is cancelled:

  • Your generated images remain accessible for 30 days
  • After 30 days, images may be permanently deleted
  • We recommend downloading all important designs before cancellation
  • Reactivating your subscription may restore access to previous images (not guaranteed)
