Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your AIInterior subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the subscription expires
  • No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends
  • Your unused credits will expire at the end of the billing period

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund for unused credits within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • Technical Issues: If our service experiences significant technical problems that prevent you from using it, you may be eligible for a refund of your unused credits
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription, we will refund the duplicate charges

Important: Refunds are calculated based on unused credits only. Credits that have been consumed to generate designs are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • After 14 days from the initial purchase date
  • For credits that have already been used to generate designs
  • For subscription renewals (only initial purchases are eligible)
  • If your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • For yearly subscriptions after 14 days, even if credits remain unused

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected]
  2. Include your account email address and order/transaction ID
  3. Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

6. Credit-Based Refunds

All refunds are calculated based on unused credits:

  • Only unused credits are eligible for refund
  • Credits consumed for image generation are non-refundable
  • Refund amount = (Unused Credits / Total Credits) × Subscription Price
  • Technical issues may qualify for credit restoration or refund at our discretion

Example: If you purchased a $29 plan with 300 credits and used 100 credits, you would be eligible for a refund of approximately $19.33 (200 unused credits).

7. Trial Pack

The Trial Pack is a one-time purchase of 15 credits for $9. It does not involve a recurring subscription and is non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Dispute the chargeback with evidence of service delivery
  • Ban you from future use of our platform

Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
